hey sweetie pie! well I’ve had them for 22 months, and I’m probably getting them off in another 6 months or so. I know it’s annoying when they don’t seem to be doing anything, but they need the braces on there to set your teeth in position, and also to correct your bite :)
oh honey, I’m so proud of you- you’re amazing my lovely <3 I found that peanut butter and Nutella and stuff like that are great, and I also found some muesli bars that had quite a high calorie content, which made the load seem lighter. you just have to trust the doctors, and remember that after the hard work it becomes so much easier and more pleasant, you can do this sweetie <3
